Case 1

Single mother Ms. Chan, working as a waitress at a restaurant, raised her son with monthly income $7,000. To meet the payment of her son's school fees, which is equivalent to her monthly salary, Ms. Chan came to Winton and successfully applied for a loan to pay the school fees and other expenses for the new school year.

Case 2

Mr. Lee, a 50-year-old self employed, applied for a $500,000 loan to help his son to open a handphone store. His application was declined due to his high loan-income and debt-servicing ratios. He found out from newspaper advertisement that Winton provides loans to HOS owners. The application procedures were simple, without any handling fee or administration fee. His son has already opened 2 more stores, and Mr. Lee had repaid the entire loan within a year without having to pay any early repayment penalty.

Case 3

Lovebirds Brian and Jenny have set their wedding day and plan to purchase an apartment. However, their plan was hampered by the stringent lending guidelines imposed by banks. In order to have the scheduled wedding running, Brian was introduced to Winton through a friend, he received $100,000 loan at an attractive interest rate the next day after submitting his loan application. His friend also received an attractive referral fee under Winton's customer-get-customer program. After 2 years now, Brian and Jenny are now proud parents to a boy and a girl.
