Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity or as a team leader Or Minimum 5 years experience in the consumer loan business with a strong leadership skill
- Possess experience in sales and marketing functions, and business management skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Assistant Branch Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the related field
- Possess good knowledge of consumer loan products
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Passed in IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is an advantage
Loan Officers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in processing consumer loan applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-initiative and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Sales & Marketing Officers
Requirements:
- Form 5
- At least 1 year sales experience in consumer loan products in an advantage
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated
- Passes IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is an advantage
Clerks/ Customer Service Representatives
Requirements:
- Form 6 or fresh graduate
- Form 5, with at least 1 year working experience
- Passed in IIQE Paper 1 and 2 is an advantage
Data Entry Clerk
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Ability to operate various work-processing software and spreadsheets
