About the Group

Winton (B.V.I.) Limited is an investment holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under the International Business Companies Ordinance (No. 8 of 1984), and its major subsidiaries, namely Winton Financial Limited and Winton Motors, Limited (together hereinafter known as "Winton Group") are engaged in the provision of personal loan, mortgage loan, provision of finance to owners and purchasers of licensed public vehicles such as taxis and public light buses, trading of taxi cabs and licenses, leasing and management of taxis and sales of general insurance.

Winton (B.V.I.) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Public Financial Holdings Limited ("Public Financial"), the shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code : 626).

The ultimate holding company of Winton (B.V.I.) Limited is Public Bank Berhad, one of the leading commercial banks in Malaysia.

Major Operations

Winton and its subsidiaries (the "Winton Group") are engaged in the provision of personal loan, mortgage loan, provision of finance to owners and purchasers of licensed public vehicles such as taxis and public light buses, trading of taxi cabs and licences, leasing and management of taxis, and general insurance business.

Property Mortgage Loan

Winton offers mortgage loans to help you to meet your financing needs for new purchase or re-financing of your property, including top-up financing for cash-out purposes.

General Insurance

Provision of AccidentCare Plus, Student Accidentcare, HomeCare and Fire Insurance.

Vehicle Financing Scheme

Winton Group is involved in providing financing to new and existing owners of taxis and public light buses in Hong Kong. It also provides short term loans to taxi owners/taxi hirers, taxi dealers or individuals.

Taxi Trading

Winton Group has been in the taxi trading business for more than 30 years. Winton Group's experience, reliability and track record in trading of taxi licences and cabs have been proven from its many years of involvement in the taxi industry. In-house financing to purchasers of taxis can be arranged simultaneously. Winton Group is also involved in the provision of insurance services to taxi owners.

Taxi Leasing and Management

Winton Group has a fleet of taxis available for rental. Besides, it also provides taxi management services to taxi owners/ investors. Taxis are either rented out on a whole-day or a 12-hour per shift basis.
